Through a pitch Elsevier sought an agency that could not only come up with a creative plan but could also organize an event that fits within the Elsevier corporate culture. A perfect example of co-creation.
Elsevier was looking for an agency to organize an unforgettable staff party. Loyals events took the pitch with "Havana Lounge". A concept that was worked out to the smallest detail with the Elsevier team. Because the focus was on atmosphere, the concept was implemented in every detail. For one evening, Amsterdam gained a sultry Cuban nightclub!
An evening that did exactly what it was meant to do, to raise the atmosphere and look forward to the new year. The event was awarded a 9 in the evaluation.
