Gravity plays an important role within the agency group in digital innovation and platform development. Gravity will keep its own identity and workflows and will cooperate intensively with the other labels. This will enable the agency to support its existing and new clients even more broadly in the field of digital work processes, development, innovation and design thinking.

Marco Groenendijk is happy with this step: ‘The plans of Youri Lieberton and Jerry Remmers fit well with the development of Gravity and myself, as does the entrepreneurial way of running the company. Investor Sofindev also gives space and confidence and is entrepreneurial in it. We are going to gain added value from the synergy within the group. Matters such as recruitment, HR, finance, and sales will be centralized, allowing us to be better, more complete and more flexible and to unburden the labels as much as possible. Because we work from one profit and loss account, we can share expertise and perform various benchmarks. This is unique and makes us an attractive partner for new labels, employees and clients.

Youri Lieberton, founder of Loyals and CEO Loyals Group: ‘The acquisition of Gravity is a great step in the development of Loyals Group. Their specialist knowledge and years of experience in digital innovation makes our group even stronger. With the 120 talents within this collection of agencies, we are more than ready to realize our growth ambitions. At least two more new labels will join us this year; discussions and preparations for these are in full swing.
